A Virtual Law Firm

Through years of practice, we have recognized that too many law firms have failed to modernize alongside the everyday lives of their clients. At Robbins Law LLC, we are doing just that, aiming to maximize efficiency in our client communications in order to save our clients time, money, and hassle.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: What kind of communication can I expect?

A: In an effort to modernize the way we serve clients, you can expect the use of technology to aid in every aspect of the legal representation. This means emails and text messages in lieu of written letters, phone calls and video conferences in place of in-person meetings, and the use of electronic files to share discovery, proposed agreements, and other documents critical to your case or matter.

Q: Why do you offer virtual services?

A: In short, because our experience and research show that most clients want a more efficient legal representation. The virtual model allows us to offer a number features and services that are advantageous to our clients.

These include consultations or appointments outside of our normal business hours, communications in methods and at times most convenient for the client, and saved costs by limiting paper use, fuel consumption, and the physical space our firm requires.

Q: Is the firm fully or only virtual?

A: No. We understand that remote/virtual services are not best for all clients. We can, by appointment only, schedule in-person consultations and hearing preparation meetings. If in-person service suits you best, please call 765-485-1136 to schedule an in-person appointment.

Obviously, we also appear in person for hearings, trials, jail visits, and all other events in a case or matter that require face-to-face attendance.
